150g plain flour
Edible glitter or sugar to sprinkle
1. Light oven gas 4/ 180° C.
2. Cover baking sheet with non stick baking paper.
3. Rub butter into flour until it is like breadcrumbs.
4. Add sugar and mix to a firm dough.
5. Roll out and use cutters to make star shapes (or any other shapes).
6. Cook in oven for 8-10 mins until just golden.
7. Sprinkle with sugar.
8. Cool and keep in an airtight tin for up to a week.
